We’ve moved into Toa Payoh for nearly a year now, and we are so happy we decided on this estate! It took us about 4 months from viewing the resale flat to getting our keys, which is so much faster compared to getting a BTO.
Besides the close proximity to town, there are a lot of good food options in the area. There are also multiple MRT stations in Toa Payoh, a bus interchange, town park, and even a SAFRA clubhouse - which are all very important for us when we were considering this home. We want this to be somewhere we can live for a long time, and make good memories in.
